Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy explains what songfetti.app collects and why.

What we collect

• The details you enter to create a song: names, occasion, memories, chosen style and language, and the lyrics.
• Your email address, if you give it, to tell you when your song is ready.
• Technical data needed to run the service and prevent abuse: IP address and approximate country (used to show regional prices), browser type and request logs.
• Order data from our payment reseller Polar: order number, plan, amount and the email used at checkout. We never receive your card details.

How we use it

Only to write, generate and deliver your song, to provide support, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use your personal details to train AI models.

Processors

Polar (payments and tax), Cloudflare (network and security), and our email provider (delivery emails). Songs are generated on our own servers.

Retention

We keep songs and order data so your links keep working. You can ask us to delete your song and data at any time; unpaid previews may be deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a small preference in your browser if you dismiss the language suggestion.
