Business Jingle License

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This license applies to jingles bought with the Business Jingle plan on songfetti.app.

What you may do

You may use your jingle, its versions and its instrumental worldwide and without time limit to promote your own business, brand, podcast, channel or product: in ads (online, radio, TV, in-store), videos, podcasts, presentations, apps, websites and social media, and you may edit, shorten or loop it.

What you may not do

Do not resell, license or give the jingle to others as a stand-alone audio file, publish it as a song on streaming services, register it with content identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID) or claim that a person composed or sang it.

What we promise

Your jingle is generated for you and contains your name; we will not sell or license it to anyone else. The music is produced with ACE-Step 1.5, a model trained on licensed and public-domain data, and does not imitate any real artist.
